OTHELLO kitchenware (excluding gifts) provides warranty against manufacturing defects within three years from the date of purchase or receipt of the product. If the user finds any problem with the appearance of the product after receiving the product out of the box, he must contact OTHELLO customer service within 7 working days. After customer service confirms that the warranty terms are met, a new product of the same model or a new product of equal value will be provided as a replacement, depending on the product's inventory. In addition to warranty warranty for products with manufacturing defects, OTHELLO has no other obligation to replace any product that does not come with a valid proof of purchase. Product warranty does not include any damage caused by improper use, impact, failure to follow use and maintenance instructions or unauthorized use. Damage caused by repair or alteration of the product or due to excessive heating, prolonged exposure to flame or dry burning, internal or external stains, discoloration or scratches, any damage caused by fire, flood, etc., other than general household use such as Commercial use or workplace use, any damage caused by improper use or due to knocking, falling, yellowing and bluing, or other unusual circumstances other than the above. OTHELLO cookware (excluding freebies) is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If you find any problem with the appearance of the product upon unpacking, please contact OTHELLO customer service within 7 working days. Upon customer service verifies the product is in compliance with the warranty terms, depending on the current stock availability, OTHELLO will provide a new replacement or an equivalent value of replacement in exchange. Under the terms of warranty, OTHELLO has no further obligations other than to replace a faulty product. The warranty does not cover damages arising from improper use, or fail to follow the instruction on use and care, unauthorized repairs or alterations to the product, overheating, explicit exposure to flame, dry burning, internal or any external stains, use this product other than regular household usage, damages caused by knocking, dropping, yellowing and bluing or other abnormal circumstances apart from the above mentioned.
